Project description
1 If we want the moon base to be long lasting there is going to have to be a backup plan or a refueling station for example Rocket takes off not enough fuel to get to mars it makes a stop at the moon station refuel and would then have enough fuel to get to mars
2 the design The ring design is to make artificial gravity by spinning it makes gravity which makes exercise living and more daily things much easier there will be separate labs to study the effects of zero gravity i has the ability to provide a safe space in case something happens down below they have a place to go . it also has escape pods and solar panels for power
