Project description


Our project (still in process) is being developed by 5 working teams (in pairs) with 5th and 6th grade students. The main idea was to create a lunar settlement, but a lot of new ideas came in that made necessary to create previous projects to design a proper lunar settlement.
Each team was in charge of working on those detected needs and the tasks were distributed among them. The 5th grade students were in charge of assembly and development of robots (we doo): Team 1 and 2: Making a robot to extract lunar information and satellite exploration in addition to its movement. Team 2: Making intergalactic communication or anti-spy robot or machine. Team 3. Making a helping and rescue robot, team 4 : making a machine for the transportation of materials and heavy elements. On the other hand, the 6th grade students were in charge of designing the logos (for each team) as well as shaping the ideas in Tinkercad for printing future prototypes.
