Moon Camp Explorers Gallery 2021-2022
In Moon Camp Explorers each team’s mission is to 3D design a complete Moon Camp using Tinkercad. They also have to explain how they will use local resources, protect astronauts from the dangerous of space and describe the living and working facilities.

Project description
Hello, We are Olivia and Diana and we designed a Moon habitat. You can see seven domes that present sleeping and working areas. Domes are linked by tunnels and are connected to a little greenhouse that produces food and oxygen for astronauts. There are two lamps next to the greenhouse. Lamps are powered by solar energy. You can see that we built a solar power plant. Astronauts will travel around by space shuttle and space rocket. |

We would built our moon base on the lunar south pole because of ice that was found there. How do you plan to build your Mooncamp? Which materials will you use?

We would use ice water from the lunar poles and change it into liquid one. |
We built a little greenhouse that will be used for food production. |
As you can see our moon camp is solar powered. |
