Moon Camp Explorers Gallery 2021-2022

In Moon Camp Explorers each team’s mission is to 3D design a complete Moon Camp using Tinkercad. They also have to explain how they will use local resources, protect astronauts from the dangerous of space and describe the living and working facilities.

Project description

Our Moon Camp hasn´t the newest style but it works very well and it is very interesting to visit. In the midst of many buildings stands our oxygen producer, a large dome full of oxygen-containing plants. On the left is our Jet landing station. In front of the dome with the plants in it is a big satellite bowl. Behind the dome is an emergency capsule. Beside the satellite bowl is a huge labor for our researches. All buildings are connected by underground corridors.

Where do you want to build your Moon Camp?

Close to the lunar poles

Why did you choose this location?

2.1 a) On the side where you have a lot of light. And where the countryside is flat to build the things without to pay too much. 2.1 b) because it costs not so much as a place like the Himalya.

How do you plan to build your Mooncamp? Which materials will you use?

We are going to use only platin, metal, gold and iron because this materials are very useful.

Water
Food
Electricity
Air
Protection

We got a extra place where robots can land to bring us our water. Wa also have a big water canister

We get our food from the earth and und sweet berry plants.

We have a lot of solar panels to get our energy.

Our air and oxygen we get from our plants which we raise with the sunlight and our water.

We have some jets with guns on it . We also have with the energy of the sun a big laser.

Describe a day on the Moon for one of your Moon Camp astronauts

Every morning I wake up at 9a.m. in my soft bed and the first thig I do is walking. I walk for an hour because otherwise I would forget how to walk. After that I eat breakfast. Then I go to the plant plantae and work there for about three hours. When I finish my work on the field I go to the labor. In the laboratory, I then examine the moonstone samples. Meanwhile I eat lunch. In three hours I usually fall asleep on my desk from fatigue and exhaustion. Actually, that’s all I do on a normal day.
