In Moon Camp Explorers each team’s mission is to 3D design a complete Moon Camp using Tinkercad. They also have to explain how they will use local resources, protect astronauts from the dangerous of space and describe the living and working facilities.

Project description In the middle there will be a centre/hub of the resort. Then we will have 5 normal domes for food, sleep, fitness and labs. We will also have a garage and launchpad for regular trips to earth. The greenhouse has big LED lights for the 14 days of darkness and can open its roof for the 14 days of sunlight.
Where do you want to build your Moon Camp? Close to the lunar equator Why did you choose this location? Because it’s the hottest part of the moon, it will help our plants to have sunlight. How do you plan to build your Mooncamp? Which materials will you use? We plan to use regolith

Describe a day on the Moon for one of your Moon Camp astronauts Wake up, have breakfast (from the garden) In the kitchen. Workout, go out to grab rocks. Analyse them back at base. Get some sleep. Have lunch. Work and play. Dinner. Bed.
