Moon Camp Explorers Gallery 2021-2022
In Moon Camp Explorers each team’s mission is to 3D design a complete Moon Camp using Tinkercad. They also have to explain how they will use local resources, protect astronauts from the dangerous of space and describe the living and working facilities.

It is a project based on a lunar base, consisting of some elements such as: greenhouses, water extraction, a base, rooms, solar panels and even a moon rover, in addition to the arrival rocket. |

Where do you want to build your Moon Camp?
Close to the lunar poles Why did you choose this location?
Somewhere on the moon where there aren’t a lot of unevenness caused by craters, we also need a part that has sunlight and frozen water to thaw it. How do you plan to build your Mooncamp? Which materials will you use?
We would take off with 2 rockets, one of which contains both the material and luggage and the other carries food and us, after arriving, one of them would return to Earth to save space. |

Describe a day on the Moon for one of your Moon Camp astronauts
Based on the questions above, I’ll give you an example of what I would have my lunar camp: – Location: The base would be located at a point where the sun’s rays would fall on it. – Water: We will obtain it through a turbine which would have the function of extracting the water through a deposit. – Food: Through the greenhouse that will provide us with both oxygen and food. – Energy: It is obtained through the solar panels since it is located in a position close to the sun. -Air: Through the oxygen obtained from the plants found in the greenhouse. |
