Moon Camp Pioneers Gallery 2021-2022
In Moon Camp Pioneers each team’s mission is to 3D design a complete Moon Camp using Fusion 360. They also have to explain how they will use local resources, protect astronauts from the dangerous of space and describe the living and working facilities.

Project description
Its located in a moutainous area with water ice in the lower areas and this camp is designed to take advantage of frozen water resources that, together with solar panel installations, cover the energy needs of said camp. |

2.1 Where do you want to build your Moon Camp?
Its located in an area surrounded by mountains reliefs and in a flat central field is the lunar camp. 2.2 How do you plan to build your Moon Camp? Describe the techniques, materials and your design choices.
I have been inspired by real internet sources and other similar projects to carry out this lunar camp, I have also beeb attaching simple shapes to building more complex ones to give the proyect more dynamism. 2.3 The environment on the Moon is very dangerous for the astronauts. Explain how your Moon Camp will protect them. (maximum 150 words)
The facilities have been built with materials resistant to radiation and the impact of meteorites and the environment. |

2.4 Explain how your Moon Camp will provide the astronauts with:
|
Water
|
Food
|
Power
|
Air
|
A de-icing system directly connected to the lunar ice in which the water is purified during a series of chemical processes that take place under the underground chambers and then stored in the external deposit that distributes the water to the other installations. |
A food cultivation system where the same living conditions are produced as on planet Earth where vegetation can grow and bear fruit. |
Several systems that collect solar energy through various panels that store said energy in containers that administer it to the rest of the facilities. |
The air is stored and moves through all the facilities passing through a regenerating filter where excess carbon dioxide is removed. |
2.5 Explain what would be the main purpose of your Moon Camp.
Sustain the lives of several astronauts for a long time to make advances for science and progress as humanity. |

3.1 Describe a day on the Moon for your Moon Camp astronaut crew.
Check all operating systems, power, energy and protection of the lunar base. Correct any faults that arise and control the crops in the greenhouses. Finally communication with the base on planet Earth to give part of the status of the lunar base. |
