We will use nuclear for the electricity because the helium-3 is relatively abundant on the moon, and we will build our base in the crater that near the lunar pole and then bury it by the powder matter on the surface of the moon. Most of the astronaut in there will be the robot they will help us to collect the electricity from the sun , the people who live in there will have entertainment time as well.
