The main area is the colourful section. It is colourful so that the aliens from our book (Field Trip to the Moon) do not get scared. It is a food ‘hang-out area’. There are two dormitories that are silver because they have solar panels on top for electricity (for cooking and heating). On the left, there is a Rover Base and it has a little lake in it which is made of ice which we are cutting down to get water. From the water, we can then get oxygen. The bottom bit of the moon area is made from mod-roc and it is reinforced with straws. There is a chimney that lets out the cold air so when you turn the heaters on, it will push out the cold air but keep in the warm air.
