The Moon base is located in a crater surrounded by mountains to protect it from meteor impacts.
In the base there are these buildings : a rock grinder, a drill, a sleeping quarter, and a greenhouse.
The rock grinder would be used by astronauts to extract minerals from surface rocks extracted from the mountains. These substances could be used to keep astronauts alive and help them build infrastructure, and even help learn about the underground minerals ratios.
The main quarters would be found in a big dome to maintain pressure, heat, and oxygen levels: this would be located in a cave to protect astronauts from high radiation levels. Oxygen would be produced by MOXI, the experiment on the Perseverance rover.
The last and most important building in the base would be the greenhouse, right next to the main headquarters. It would provide food for astronauts.
