He is an astronaut from space, I have made it with Tinkercad, making use of the parts provided by the program.
I started by making the feet with half spheres, then, I made the legs with cylinders.
Next, I made the body with a polygon which I put spheres of different colors on, simulating buttons.
That being done, the head was made with a sphere, and the backpack was made with a square of radius 3.3.
Finally, the flag was made with stars and thin, coloured rectangles, which were put one above the other in order to form the flag’s lines.
