La base és un cilindre vertical, amb 5 plantes: la sala d’estar com a primera planta, el gimnàs i la piscina com a segona planta, la cuina com a tercera planta, el dormitori com a quarta planta, el soterrani com a planta menys un i el mirador o terrassa amb un casc.
L’estructura de la casa està feta de vidre, com a portes hi ha una mena de cúpula amb doble porta perquè no surti l’aire, amb un hort. els sostres i terres de la base estan fets amb roca lunar.
