The camp local is near the Shackleton Crater, because it has a high chance of having water, and we can use it to supply the camp. But the astronauts will take water to the trip and what’s left will be used. We also will have a water harvesting system, like ISS, that captures urine, sweat and water vapor. The eletricity will be obtained through solar panels, kinetic energy (through the astronauts’ exercise equipments), piezoeletricity and what’s left of the rockets’ fuel. We also will have an energy saving system with mini hydroeletric turbines in the hydroponic pipes to reabsorb part of the energy used in the eletric pump that runs the water. About the oxygen, we will transform the carbon dioxide that the astronauts exhale in that important gas. If it’s little, we can extract more from the lunar rocks. We’ll use rovers for locomotion and transport.
