Project description
Welcome to our presentation of the lunar base design for the moon camp! In this project, we have addressed the main questions about how to obtain the necessary resources for survival on the moon.
To ensure breathing in the base, we have proposed the production of oxygen through electrolysis of water in the lunar base itself. Furthermore, the search for water on the moon is essential, and we propose to extract it from the ice found at the lunar poles.
To obtain food, we propose using agriculture techniques in greenhouses and animal husbandry. It is also important to have a sustainable source of energy, so we propose the use of solar panels to harness the long periods of sunlight on the moon.
Regarding construction materials, we propose using sturdy and lightweight materials that are found on the moon itself, such as regolith and ice. It is important to consider efficiency in material transportation to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
In summary, we have addressed the main challenges for survival on the moon in a practical and technical way, proposing viable and sustainable solutions to ensure the success of the moon camp. Thank you for your attention, and we hope to be part of this exciting project!
