Section 1

1.1 Mijn maanbasis is een bollen vorm zodat de luchtdruk gelijk verdeeld is. De maanbasis heeft ook twee pijpen dat zijn twee nooduitgangen daarin zitten zuurstoftanks en astronautenpakken. Er zit ook een zwembad in zodat je beter beschermd ben voor stralingen. De plas wordt gerecycled tot water. Op de maanbasis zitten zonnepanelen en daar naast een maanwagentje die ijs kan boren en in een grote beker stopt waar twee metalen stangen een batterij en water aanraakt waar het zuurstof wordt gescheiden van de waterstof. Er zit ook een sportkamer waar je kan sporten en een laboratorium waar je onderzoek kan doen.

Section 2

2.1 dicht bij de polen

Ik heb deze plek gekozen omdat de zon er bijna altijd schijnt

2.2 ik ga polytheen meenemen en daar de maanbasis mee bouwen.

2.3 a) ik ga water uit ijs halen en plas recyclen

b) ik heb een plantenkas van glas gebouwd op de polen dus daar schijnt de zon altijd en daarom heb ook een kap gemaakt die automatisch na 8 uur dicht gaat met zonnepanelen er zitten ook planten in die je binnen één of twee maanden kunt oogsten

c) met zonnepanelen

d) ik haal de zuurstof door elektrolyse

e) de astronauten hebben een dik pak en als er een meteorietaanslag is en het op de maanbasis beland hebben ze een nooduitgang en er is een reserve raket.

Section 3 3.1 als ik wakker word ga ik naar de wc en wacht ik op het gerecycled water. Daarna ga ik de groente eten die ik net geoogst heb. Ik sport een beetje en ga dan naar buiten om grondstoffen te halen en in het laboratorium werken.

There is also a swimming pool so that you are better protected against radiation. The puddle is recycled into water. The moon base has solar panels and next to it a moon rover that can drill ice and put it in a large beaker where two metal rods touch a battery and water where the oxygen is separated from the hydrogen. There is also a sports room where you can exercise and a laboratory where you can do research.

Section 2

2.1 close to the poles

I chose this place because the sun almost always shines there

2.2 I’m going to take polythene and build the moon base with it.

2.3 a) I am going to extract water from ice and recycle pee

b) I built a glass greenhouse at the poles so the sun always shines there and that is why I made a hood that automatically closes after 8 hours with solar panels. It also contains plants that you can harvest within one or two months.

e) the astronauts have a thick suit and if there is a meteorite attack and it ends up on the moon base they have an emergency exit and there is a spare rocket.

Section 3 3.1 When I wake up I go to the toilet and wait for the recycled water. Then I’m going to eat the vegetables I just harvested. I exercise a bit and then go outside to get raw materials and work in the laboratory.
