Moon camp – moon surface by Ravenscote – Year 6 moon surface

Ravenscote Junior School  Frimley-South East    United Kingdom 10 years old   7 / 7 English Moon

Project description

This is our moon camp project, first of all we have a river for our water source, it is travelling around to different parts of the project.

We then have our oxygen source which is a tall tree in a protected container so it doesn’t die. There are pipes under the project which feed oxygen and clean water to each room (including tress and plants because the water goes to the plants).

We also have a science laboratory where they can test things like the water to make sure it is clean and we can also test viruses and diseases to check it is still safe on the moon.

The solar panels are extremely close to the sun so they will have the best electricity as possible. We also have a satellite which will collect data/information.

In the bedroom, we have a bed which  is on the wall and is super tight fit so the astronaut will be secure. We also have a bathtub and a toilet that gets water from the lake.

Last but not least, we have a rocket and the robot, the robot is programmed to follow lines and it has a bowl container to carry around important things like food and rocks to test in the laboratory.
