Project description

In our carefully designed lunar habitat, every aspect is geared towards ensuring the safety, productivity, and comfort of our astronauts. At the entrance of the living quarters, an airlock facilitates a smooth transition from the lunar environment, providing a committed space for preparation while maintaining a continuous supply of fresh air. Νext to the living quarters sits a planned positioned greenhouse on top of a hill, maximizing sun exposure for food and medicinal herb farming. Protection against meteorites and radiation is ensured through careful placement of the camp, reinforced by the use of lunar concrete in the construction of living spaces.

Our ice drill, powered by solar panels, extracts water from lunar ice, ensuring a sustainable water supply. Solar panels span the lunar surface, collecting and converting sunlight into electrical energy, with energy storage devices in place to sustain operations during dark hours. Recognizing the importance of physical health, a gym is incorporated into the settlement to counteract muscle weight caused by reduced gravity. Additional amenities include a kitchen and dining room for meals, a bedroom with futuristic double bunk beds, and a living room furnished for relaxation and socializing. A science room enables experimentation and diagnosis, supported by internal communication channels for efficient collaboration and assistance among crew members.
