Project description

Considering the current lunar exploration process and the indispensability of lunar entertainment in the future, we selected the Jinghai lava cave on the moon as the camp construction site, which can provide a relatively safe place to prevent meteorite collisions, resist radiation, and have a certain thermal insulation effect. Lava caves are by far the most ideal location for camps.
With entertainment as the main purpose, we adopt a combination of upper and lower mode for camp construction. The above-ground camp adopts the honeycomb mesh structure and the underground camp adopts the irregular house construction of the honeycomb bionic structure, and the bionic use of the honeycomb structure can make the camp house have a certain stability and safety while having high ornamental value.
In the Moon’s Silent Sea Lava Cave Camp, in order to let tourists who go to the Moon enjoy a good travel life, we choose to use lunar soil resources rationally. Water is extracted from the lunar soil using a special 250-watt microwave oven, and oxygen is obtained by electrolysis of the water to solve respiratory problems, and plants and flowers are cultivated by special treatment of organic matter and other aspects of the lunar soil. In the plantation house, we will build a micro-ecosystem to feed mealworms and microorganisms so that some of the degradable waste can be disposed of. In the Energy House, we use folding solar panels to harness solar energy.
At our recreation base, guests will first come to the lobby to undergo the procedure, as well as to go to the moon and stargazing in the room next to the hall, or to visit the plantation house through the walkway. After completing the procedure, passengers can take the straight elevator to the lounge, gymnasium, flight hall, VR room and other rooms to explore. If you’ve had enough underground, you can get to the surface and ride a lunar buggy, follow a service robot to explore the lunar surface, or you can go to Nicol’s Ridge to participate in low-gravity parkour to prevent long-term depression underground. The construction of recreational moon camps allows more people to participate in lunar exploration, improve human understanding of the universe, and effectively collect and utilize the rich material resources on the moon, providing a new source of resources for the sustainable development of human beings.
