Stella Castra, is Lunar Expedition’s camp name. Inspired by the words “Stella Castra” or “Star Camp” in Latin. We are focusing on living on the moon for four months or more and researching ways to make living easier for the astronauts. They will be provided basic life support and will be able to research in order to make it easier for the astronauts to extend their need to live on the moon. We are planning to build our camp near the poles of the moon yet inside the lava tubes for shelter. The poles of the moon will provide the water, for food we will grow the nutrition our astronauts need in their everyday lives.
