Our camp is based on the moon as this gives us an easier way to find water sources, it is also less complicated to build on and it is fascinating. First we will be
talking about our main habitat, in the centre we have our space shuttle which
has our bedroom/workplace. We have chosen a space shuttle as it is smaller and
easier to support which means we need less materials.Next we will be talking about the water filter, our water is sourced from ice underneath the moon’s
surface. We have a filter in the centre of the circular room with pipes leading
to six 10L storage compartments, these storage units can store water for up to
2 months. This design is practical as it allows us to store water for long
periods of time. Next we will be talking about our laboratory it has two desks along
two of the walls. In the lab we find out ways to create and store oxygen, ways
to create medicines, ways to get rid of bacteria growth etc. The next and final
thing we will be talking about is our medicals room, it has many medicines,
bandages and everything you would need for first aid and medical emergencies.
In the medical room we have some oxen storage units, a bed and some wheelchairs
in case someone is unable to walk.
