Our lunar base project consists of two modules: a habitat module and a Lab module. The habitat module will be where the astronauts will live and relax. The Lab will contain a laboratory where they will extract oxygen from the regolith and grow food in a hydroponic greenhouse. The lunar base will be powered by solar panels. The panels will be mounted on the roof and will be able to track the sun throughout the day. Here are some additional details about our project:
– The lunar base will be located in a permanently shadowed region of the moon, which will help to protect it from radiation.
– The lunar base will be surrounded by a protective berm of regolith, which will help to shield it from micrometeoroids.
