Translation:
Astronauts have to deal with menstruation in space, being forced to choose between stopping their menstrual cycle and using hygiene products.
So we propose the creation of menstrual underwear, adapted to the conditions of space, with a built-in thermal band to relieve the astronaut’s menstrual pain, through the heat it produces from intelligent fabrics.
This underwear will have a technical part that will be removable, consisting of 3 layers (one hydrophilic and anti-odor, another absorbent and the last waterproof).

As astronautas têm de lidar com a menstruação no espaço, sendo obrigadas a escolher entre a interrupção do ciclo menstrual e a utilização de produtos higiénicos.
Assim propomos a criação de uma cueca menstrual, adaptada às condições do espaço, com uma banda térmica incorporada para aliviar as dores menstruais da astronauta, através do calor que produz a partir de tecidos inteligentes.
Esta cueca terá uma parte técnica que será removível, constituída por 3 camadas (uma hidrofílica e antiodor, outra absorvente e a última impermeável).
