Project description

14 students of ST2 class of the 7th Primary School of Stavroupoli in Greece worked for this project. 2 Teachers cooperated with the students using Tinkercad to teach them how to design this Mooncamp and help them make it. The Computer Science teacher Mr. Xylogiannis Christos and their teacher Mr. Andreas Leventis divided the class into 2 teams of 8 and 6 students. Both teams participate in Mooncamp challenge with separate submissions of the same project.

The 8 students of this team designed individual elements of a Mooncamp such as a Control Room, a Rocket Launch Pad, a Generator Room, a Greenhouse, A Lunar Rover Hangar and a Recreation Area. We emphasized on showing how the interior design of these spaces will be.

Our Mooncamp will be located on either the South of the North Pole of the Moon, in order to have access to water in the form of ice.
