Hi, this is our Moon Camp DT project which we have built in Minecraft.
We have created a glass dome which acts as a forcefield to make sure that none of the astronauts float away from their Moon Camp.
Astronaut Brian Space Camp, the first building, there are sleeping bags attached to the wall so they can slot themselves in and sleep vertically.
Outside, we have some solar-powered lights. These are powered by the light that is reflected off of the Sun and onto the Moon.
The astronauts eat dry food with extended expiry dates (they eat tinned pasta and lots of dried berries).
From many of the controls do different things. There is one that deactivates the forcefield so that the Rockets can get out, a button to control the solar energy, one controls the Rockets so that they can launch.
Next, we have the storage rocket. The storage rocket is only large enough to fit one astronaut inside.
We have also designed chests to shore all the essential items: we have some food, some water, some electric torches powered by batteries, some wood, some wooden planks, some glass, a ladder, light blue terra cotta, a door, and some white concrete.
We have a trap door and a secret room to make sure that if anything goes wrong, the astronauts are safe.
As we step into the buildings, we are met by a secret security system.
