It is a land rover that has storage containers on both sides and on the back to contain and bring back specimens from where it goes for scientific research. If the specimen they wish to contain is too small, or too large, the rover can use the front arm cone device to break off a tiny piece then the bottom part that hangs above the ground works like a vacuum and will suck it up into a storing container safely inside the rover. The storage container can be accessed from the underside. The rover gets around on its industrial wheels, if it gets stuck on something there is a retractable arm that is located on its underside that will push the rover up, allowing it to move past whatever object that is in its way. The top of its head has a solar panel to power it and when its first battery is fully charged, the light energy powers the backup one for all day and night usage.
