Project description


This is a design that me, Alexander and Fin have made. We think that this could be a potential moon base design. We have included the living quarters, oxygen supply room, meteor cannons and trees and food biomes. 

 

We have a big glass protector over the top of the base and if a meteor were  to hit the top of it the glass lair on the top it would bounce off the strong glass then hit the iron lair at the bottom. If the meteors were to layer up and then the blasters at the bottom would blast them away. 

 

The moon base is made of iron and double glazed glass to protect the living places. The living place  is made of iron because if a rock hits the moon Base  it will not break. We are using solar panels to get our electricity supply from the sun. It will power the whole space station and give us electricity so we can watch TV and enjoy things that need electricity like video games. 

 

We have made a big forest that provides oxygen and pumped it through the building. We also have space suits so that we can go out onto the moon when we want to. Fun fact astronauts get the oxygen that they breathe from water. As you have learned in science classes, water is made up of 2 hydrogen’s and 1 oxygen molecule.
