In Moon Camp Discovery 2020-2021 each team’s mission was to 3D design only one component of a Moon Camp using Tinkercad. Teams could choose to design a:

– Lunar lander

– Moon Base

– Lunar rover

– Rocket

– Lunar Orbital Space Station

Moon Camp Discovery is a non-competitive mission for beginners, open worldwide to students aged up to 19 years old. All teams that submitted an entry that complied with the guidelines received a participation certificate and their project can be seen on the Moon Camp Discovery 2020 – 2021 gallery.

Project description


My moon base is composed of two astronauts quarters, an underground greenhouse, a lunar lander, a tank to storage water, a drill to get water from undergroud. All is made with polymer lunar sand mixed with urea (contained in urine) moulded with 3D printer.

Energy from solar panels, water drilled from undeground ice and by puryfying urine and sweat. Food from hydroculture.
