Our teams name is Team MSK. Our base is designed to make life for astronauts comfortable and easy. There is a clean water supply and oxygen supply. There is food too from lunar farms and some animals brought from Earth. The whole base will be provided with electricity which will power the whole base. There will be a laboratory, launch room, nuclear power plant, etc. There are rooms for astronauts underground and there are lunar rovers and solar panels. I hope and pray, one day we three be there with all the facilities we desire for. This is suitable for three astronauts.

Close to the Lunar Poles

We chose this place because there is ice present over there that can be used to acquire water, oxygen and hydrogen etc.

For building on the ground, we aim to use inflatable materials to make these temporary and easy to move. For the ones underground, we are going to use durable material such as concrete to make them permanent.

Ice from the lunar poles will be melted to convert it into water then this water will be filtered and minerals will be added to it from the filtration system we built. Now this water will be used by astronauts for everyday activities.

Some animals such as chicken, fish are aimed to be taken to our moon camp. These animals will provide food to our astronauts. Our scientists will try to grow vegetables on the moon to have a variety of food for the astronauts.

Most of the power for the base will be supplied from our nuclear power plant. There is an alternate source of power in the form of solar panels.

Ice from the lunar poles will be heated and converted into steam, this ice will them be filtered and some gases which were taken from earth will be added to make the air breathable for astronauts.

All astronauts shall wake up at 8:30 am. Till 10:00 am they have to finish their morning hygiene and breakfast. from 10:15 am – 1:00 pm astronauts will carry out experiments and do research. from 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm astronauts shall have lunch. from 3:15pm- to 7:00pm astronauts shall carry out experiments and do research again. From 7:15 pm-9:45 pm astronauts shall have free time in which they will have dinner and do any entertaining activities. By 10:00 pm, astronauts are suggested to go to sleep.
